What Is It?

Copyright are the restrictions over how educators can use content created by other people. How much of a book you can scan, what music you can use, and how you distribute works all fall under copyright rules.

The University of Connecticut Libraries is an excellent starting point for information about copyright.
See their excellent Copyright website for detailed information to help faculty and students.
